02 | CONCEPT & DESIGN Our team translates your vision into a cohesive design narrative. We develop custom mood boards, spatial layouts, and a curated selection of finishes that capture the "Raw Refinement" and nature-inspired textures central to our aesthetic.

03 | REVIEW & REFINEMENT We present the finalized design direction via a collaborative video session. This is where we refine the details, ensuring every piece of the puzzle feels unmistakably yours before moving toward completion.

04 | THE CURATED PLAN You receive a comprehensive, actionable roadmap including itemized product lists with direct purchasing links and final schematics. You are left with all the professional tools and guidance necessary to bring your refined space to life at your own pace.

• Can I use this service for a renovation that involves construction?

  Virtual Design is primarily focused on furniture, lighting, decor, and space planning. If your project requires significant architectural changes or structural work, we recommend our Full-Service design or working directly with our KAP Solutions construction team.

• What information do I need to provide?

  To ensure our design direction fits your space perfectly, we ask for measurements, photos of the room, and your Pinterest board or inspiration images. This information allows us to create custom floor plans and material selections tailored to your specific architectural layout.

• Am I responsible for ordering the items?

  Yes, as the project manager for your space, you are responsible for purchasing the items from the provided shopping lists. This gives you the flexibility to order at your own pace and align purchases with your budget and timeline.

• How many spaces can I include?

  Our Virtual Design package is ideal for clients tackling one to six individual spaces.
